1. Corporate Structure and Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of services provided under the Medology brand.

The Medology brand, global platform, intellectual property, and programme architecture are owned and operated by Medology Global LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“Medology Global”).

Medology Global LLC acts as the global governing and intellectual property holding entity for the Medology organisation.

Certain services may be delivered locally through authorised affiliated entities operating under licence from Medology Global LLC. These may include Medology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom, which operates as an authorised service provider and programme delivery partner.

Unless otherwise stated, the contracting entity for Medology programmes, platforms, intellectual property, and digital services is Medology Global LLC.

By accessing or using Medology services you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with the Medology brand and platform is the exclusive property of Medology Global LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Medology trademarks, logos and brand identity
  • Educational frameworks and programme structures
  • Course materials, written content, and teaching resources
  • Recorded lectures, videos, and digital media
  • Digital learning platforms and online infrastructure
  • Programme names, methodologies, and educational models

Any entity delivering Medology programmes, including Medology Ltd, does so under licence from Medology Global LLC and does not acquire ownership rights in the intellectual property.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without the prior written consent of Medology Global LLC.

3. Nature of Services

Medology provides educational programmes, mentorship initiatives, professional development workshops, and leadership training designed to support individuals pursuing careers in healthcare and related professions.

Services may include:

  • Admissions preparation and strategy guidance
  • Mentorship programmes
  • Educational workshops and intensive courses
  • Leadership and professional development initiatives
  • Networking opportunities
  • Digital learning programmes and online courses

All services are educational in nature and are intended to complement formal education.

Disclaimer: Medology does not represent or guarantee admission to any university, medical school, or academic programme. Admission decisions remain solely within the discretion of the relevant institutions.

4. Service Delivery Entities

Medology Global LLC is responsible for:

  • Ownership and protection of intellectual property
  • Global governance of the Medology organisation
  • Development of programmes and educational frameworks
  • International programme delivery and partnerships

Certain services may be delivered within specific jurisdictions by authorised entities operating under licence from Medology Global LLC.

For example, programmes delivered within the United Kingdom may be administered or facilitated through Medology Ltd, acting as a licensed service provider.

Such entities operate under contractual arrangements with Medology Global LLC and do not independently own Medology intellectual property or global programme structures.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Medology services, you agree that you will not:

  • Engage in illegal or unlawful activity
  • Misuse Medology intellectual property
  • Distribute educational materials without permission
  • Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity
  • Disrupt programmes or interfere with the experience of other participants

Medology reserves the right to remove participants who breach these obligations.

6. Account Registration

Certain services may require users to create accounts.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their accounts.

7. Programme Modifications

Medology reserves the right to modify programme schedules, formats, or content where necessary for operational, educational, or logistical reasons.

Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated for a particular programme or service.

Any refund decisions are made at the discretion of Medology Global LLC or the relevant authorised service provider.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Medology is committed to protecting personal data.

Where services are delivered by Medology Ltd, data processing will comply with applicable UK data protection law including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Where services are delivered by Medology Global LLC, processing will comply with applicable data protection laws within the United Arab Emirates.

10. Termination

Medology reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services where a user breaches these Terms or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the programme or other participants.

11. Force Majeure

Medology shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medology Global LLC, its affiliates, authorised service providers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the applicable regulations of Sharjah Media City Free Zone.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution mechanisms recognised within the United Arab Emirates.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may proceed to mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings under the governing jurisdiction.

16. Third-Party Links

Medology services may contain links to third-party websites.

Medology accepts no responsibility for the content or practices of external sites.

17. Accessibility

Medology aims to ensure reasonable accessibility of its programmes for individuals with disabilities where practicable.

18. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the payment terms specified during registration or invoicing.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

19. Changes to Terms

Medology Global LLC reserves the right to update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Medology services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
