1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Medology’s websites, programmes, courses, events, mentorship, digital content, and related services.

By accessing, booking, purchasing, or using any Medology service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

The Medology brand, global platform, core intellectual property, and programme architecture are owned and governed by Medology Global LLC, incorporated in Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

Certain services may be delivered locally through authorised affiliated entities operating under licence from Medology Global LLC, including Medology Ltd in the United Kingdom.

The contracting entity for a particular service will be the entity identified at checkout, on the invoice, in the order confirmation, or otherwise in writing at the point of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, the contracting entity for Medology’s digital services, global programmes, and online offerings is Medology Global LLC.

3. Our Services

Medology provides educational and professional development services, including:

  • admissions support and strategy guidance;
  • mentorship and coaching;
  • workshops, intensives, and live teaching;
  • leadership and development programmes;
  • digital courses and online content;
  • networking and community-based initiatives.

All Medology services are educational in nature and are designed to complement formal education.

We do not guarantee admission to any university, medical school, dental school, training programme, or job opportunity.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Medology brand and services are owned by or licensed to Medology Global LLC.

This includes, without limitation:

  • the Medology name, logos, and branding;
  • programme structures, methodologies, and frameworks;
  • course materials, written resources, and teaching content;
  • recorded sessions, videos, graphics, and digital media;
  • websites, portals, and platform content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, republish, sell, or commercially use any Medology content without prior written permission.

5. Access and Use

Where access to a service is granted to you, it is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

  • share paid content or account access with others;
  • misuse Medology materials or intellectual property;
  • impersonate another person or provide false information;
  • disrupt any programme, session, event, or platform;
  • use our services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access where these Terms are breached.

6. Accounts

Some services may require you to create an account or provide registration details.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

7. Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with the terms presented at checkout, during registration, or on invoice.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • payment is due in full before access is granted;
  • instalment plans must be completed in line with the agreed schedule;
  • failure to pay may result in suspension or withdrawal of access.

All prices are subject to any applicable taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processing charges unless stated otherwise.

8. Digital Content and Online Access

Where a service includes digital content, recordings, or online platform access:

  • access is provided only to the registered purchaser or participant;
  • access periods, where relevant, will be communicated at the point of purchase;
  • we may update, improve, or reorganise content where reasonably necessary;
  • uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.

You are responsible for having suitable internet access, software, and devices to use online services.

9. Live Programmes, Events, and Sessions

For live classes, workshops, mentoring sessions, events, or 1:1 services:

  • attendance is your responsibility;
  • missed sessions may be treated as used;
  • we may make reasonable changes to speakers, mentors, dates, venues, timings, or format where necessary;
  • where appropriate, services may be moved online or rescheduled.

10. Recordings

Some sessions or events may be recorded for educational, operational, safeguarding, quality, or promotional purposes.

By attending a recorded session or event, you acknowledge that your participation, name, voice, or image may be included.

Participants may not make or distribute recordings without prior written permission.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds, credits, transfers, and cancellations depend on the type of service purchased, the timing of cancellation, and whether the service has already started or access has already been provided.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • refunds are not usually available once a programme, event, or service has begun;
  • digital content or online access that has already been provided may not be refundable;
  • missed 1:1 sessions or short-notice cancellations may be treated as used;
  • where we cancel a service and do not provide a suitable replacement, transfer, or alternative, we may offer a refund, credit, or rebooking.

Any rights you may have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

12. Programme Changes

We may make reasonable changes to programme content, structure, timetable, delivery format, personnel, venue, or supporting resources where necessary for operational, educational, or logistical reasons.

13. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Depending on the service and contracting entity, personal data may be processed by Medology Global LLC, Medology Ltd, or both.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Subject to that, Medology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its services.

Our total liability in connection with a particular service will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for that service.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, infrastructure failure, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Governing Law

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Where a service is contracted with a local authorised entity, additional local terms may apply where relevant.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the relevant Medology website or platform.

Continued use of Medology services after any update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
